TRANSLATION PROCESS & QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our innovative Quality Control system is incorporated into every step of the translation process. We use workflow controls and cross-checks, the latest technology tools and client feedback to deliver a finished product that is both technically precise and natural to human language. This convergence of human-oriented methodology and state-of-the-art technology is becoming increasingly valuable in the age when automated machine translation services are gaining popularity among the non-professional audience.
Language Connections is committed to the highest quality translation services and conforms to most international translation industry standards, including ISO 9001, EN, LISA, ASTM (Subcommittee F15.48), and others.
The Language Connections Translation & Quality Control Process
The end result of this process, and all of our professional translation services, meets and exceeds international quality standards, including those specified by the International Standard Organization (ISO 9001:2008).
Computer Assisted Translation (CAT)
By utilizing leading Computer Assisted Translation tools (or Translation Memory (TM) tools) we’re able to cut costs and timelines while improving overall consistency of translated material. Specialized software like Trados Studio, SDLX, MemoQ and Wordfast eliminate the need to translate the same content twice, by allowing the integration of approved terminology for consistency and accuracy across multiple documents.
Integrated Project Management System
We offer our clients a web-based project management system, XTRF™, that makes working with Language Connections painless and efficient. Thanks to its intuitive, user-friendly interface, learning the system doesn’t take long. Clients can securely log into the system, submit translation requests online and view the status of ongoing projects. Project Managers can simultaneously handle several complex multilingual projects, while adhering to stringent Quality Assurance protocols.
