We often provide conference interpreting services as well as translation for several departments at MIT. In a recurring project for MIT Media Lab, we provide Japanese language services during the annual spring member meeting showcasing innovations in advanced technology.

What Is MIT Media Lab?

MIT Media Lab, now in its fourth decade, brings together product designers, nano-technologists, data-visualization experts, industry researchers, and pioneers of computer interfaces from around the world to produce technological innovations that will aid humans in their everyday life. The 2017 spring member meeting included both live demonstrations and discussions of such initiatives.

Simultaneous Japanese Interpretation Services

In order to provide Japanese interpreting services for academic meetings we rely on a team of Japanese simultaneous interpreters highly skilled in conference interpreting. From this team, we organized a group of linguists with a strong background in technology so that they were able to facilitate with ease between the English and Japanese speakers, using accurate terminology specific to the field in each language.
