Korean Interpreting for FDA Patient Interviews – Ono Pharmaceuticals
November 1, 2015 – Boston, MA – Language Connections recently provided linguistic services for Ono Pharmaceuticals, a Japan-based pharmaceutical company, for FDA interviews of patients undergoing clinical trials. The FDA interviews took place at a New Hampshire facility of Lonza Biologics, a Swiss-based company and manufacturing partner of Bristol-Myers Squibb, and required Korean consecutive interpreting services.
Our client, Ono Pharmaceuticals, a Japanese-based company, is focused on becoming an R&D-oriented global pharmaceutical company with a specialization in particular treatment areas. One of their international partners, Bristol-Myers Squibb in the United States, has an alliance with Lonza Biologics which led to the selection of the New Hampshire facility for the FDA interviews of clinical trial participants.
Korean Consecutive Interpreting Services
The interviews required our expert Korean consecutive interpreters to facilitate between Korean speaking patients and English speaking FDA inspectors.
