I am grateful to you for your able assistance. You are to be commended for a job well done on behalf of the U.S. Government.
[T]hank you for the support that you have provided for this year’s State of the City. You all were absolutely incredible; the professionalism, enthusiasm, attention, and friendliness that each and every one of you showed does not go unnoticed. We appreciate every bit of help, especially given limitations to the resources available and the short notice of some requests. The interpretation and assistance that you provided guaranteed that our guests were able to access information in a language that they were comfortable with and ensured that Boston truly is a city for all.

My last experience went very smoothly – the translation into the 5 languages needed of a document our intake team sends to families has been so valuable for us and our families!
Language connections has been a great help supporting our Japanese colleagues doing work for the MBTA. They have responded with minimal notice and provided seamless translation services for our engineers during a safety training classes. Which is a critical activity for the “T” and allows our associates to be in areas that would not otherwise be accessible.

“We gave Language Connections an urgent translation assignment that required technical precision, and they really came through for us. Not only was it completed quickly, but also, the recipient noted that the translated document was so professionally done that it was both precise and easy to understand, even for the non-technical general public. We will definitely use Language Connections again.”
