The New England Translators Association (NETA) is a professional trade group of translators and interpreters with over 200 members. Coming up, NETA looks to celebrate its 40th anniversary at the NETA Conference 2015. NETA works to promote the recognition of translation and interpreting as professions, speaking on behalf of the interests of professional translators and interpreters and maintaining standards of the practice. To accomplish this, they provide meetings and workshops along with their annual conference.
